High Court judge Justice A C Kabbin retired from service on Wednesday. He was part of the State Judiciary in different cadres, for about 34 years.

Karnataka State Bar Council chairman Rajendra C Desai, bid ceremonial farewell to Justice Kabbin at HC Chief Court Hall. He remembered some of his significant judgements. Justice Kabbin had been part of a HC Bench that laid down guidelines for trial courts in appreciating evidence, he said.
