Rainfall occurred at many places over South Interior Karnataka and at isolated places over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka. Minimum temperatures rose at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and changed little over Interior Karnataka. They were appreciably above normal at most places being markedly so at a few places over Coastal Karnataka; appreciably above normal at most places over North Interior Karnataka and at many places over South Interior Karnataka. Mysore recorded lowest minimum temperature of 15.2 Celsius over the State.

Forecast: Forecast valid until the morning of Sunday: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at isolated places over all the districts of South Interior Karnataka. Mainly dry weather may prevail over all districts of Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.

Outlook for subsequent two days: No significant change is expected over the State.
