The BJP workers convention was held at Doddahasaala village on Sunday. Workers belonging to south Kasaba hobli had
organised the convention.  BJP workers and leaders from 7 seven villages had arrived here to take part in the convention.
Leaders like BJP district vice president Venkatram, MLC Jagadheeshachar, Oorubagilu Srinivas who spoke on the occasion said that inspite of opposition parties propaganda against BJP, party has successfully won the Gujarat elections and it will also be repeated in Karnataka and elsewhere as people in the country have once again evinced interest in the party. Though Yeddyurappa couldn’t continue as the chief minister vowing to the betrayal of the Janata Dal (S), party will again power on its own merit as people are in favour of the party, they expressed.
Party leaders are strengthening the party and many other leaders have also shown interest in joining Bharatiya Janata Party , they added. There was a air of joy in the convention as BJP had won the elections in Gujarat. Sweets were also distributed to celebrate the victory.
