A charger that saves power

Syed Farid Pasha has come up with a new mobile charger which, he claims, helps save power. According to Mr Pasha, this charger has many advantages over conventional ones.
Listing out the advantages, he says, this charger is wireless and hence portable and can be used even when the power is off.

Another advantage of this charger is that it can be used with the mobile phone of any make or model, says Pasha. This charger is not yet available in the market.
