Screen Spy can help to know what people are up to on your PC. The software provides screenshots of the computer screen of the activity carried out, like emails, chat conversations, web sites, programs and more. The screenshots can be played back just like a movie.

Screen Spy can run in a stealth mode which hides the program from other users. No display of program icons, shortcuts nor mention of the software anywhere. These pictures are captured every sixty seconds (adjustable) and then compressed and stored in a discreet folder with the rest of the captured screens. Universal Viewer

Universal Viewer Free (formally ATViewer) is a file viewer that supports many different formats like text, binary, rtf, images, videos, audio, etc. The application can open large text files very quickly without eating memory.

One drawback is that there is no editing of these files, but useful if you have to go through large log files. UniversalViewer writes settings to application folder RTF/UTF-8: RTF and UTF-8 encoded texts.

There are built-in functions of several popular plug-ins — images, multimedia, webpages view image and is available in all general graphics formats, alongwith all formats supported by IrfanView/XnView external viewers.

Autoruns

If your PC does take a lot of time to start-up, it could be that too many programs and Windows services are configured to launch automatically when you log on. This utility, which has the most comprehensive knowledge of auto-starting locations of any startup monitor, shows you what programs are configured to run during system bootup or login and shows you the entries in the order Windows processes them.

These programs include ones in your startup folder, Run, RunOnce and other Registry keys. You can configure Autoruns to show other locations, like Explorer shell extensions, toolbars,  Winlogon notifications, and auto-start services. Autoruns goes well beyond the MSConfig utility bundled with Windows Me and XP.
