CET seat sharing meet on Dec 29
Bangalore, dhns:

The first meeting between the government and private managements on sharing of seats and fee structure in undergraduate professional colleges for Common Entrance Test (CET) - 2008 will happen on December 29.
The government has invited the managements of private engineering colleges on December 29 and a meeting with representatives of private medical and dental colleges will happen on December 31. The Governing Council of the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), which is the nodal agency to conduct the CET, had last week resolved to invite the private managements for discussion on fee structure and seat sharing.
With a popular government unlikely to be in place by April next year, Advisor to the Governor P P Prabhu will take the initiative to hold talks with private managements, sources said.
