Around 2,000 books on various topics ranging from scriptures of Hinduism to philosophy are displayed at the book exhibition and sales organised by Ramakrishna Math, Basavanagudi.
Books on Ramakrishna, Vivekananda and Vedanta literature in various languages like English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Bengali are on sale. In addition to this, audio and video cassettes and CDs/DVDs containing devotional music, vedic chants, discourses and information on important pilgrimage centres of India are also available at the exhibition. 
The devotees also congregated in large numbers for the function.
The exhibition will continue till January 15 and will be open from 9.30 am to 8.30 pm.
