National Safety Council, Karnataka chapter, in association with Mangalore Action Centre conducted a two-day training programme on ‘Electrical Safety’ in Mangalore.
Speaking after inaugurating the training programme, Airport Director M R Vasudeva highlighted the importance of Electrical Safety during day-to-day activities at home and office.
National Safety Council, Mangalore Action Centre Co-ordinator K Balakrishna in his presidential address stressed on the need to increase power generation capacity in order to achieve the GDP target growth of the country. Training programmes on electrical safety will improve not only energy conservation but also the safety of human beings. To achieve this, electrical equipment should be highest quality standard, so that common man can use the appliances safely and efficiently.
