Candidates will also be given loan and grant under self employment scheme, assistance will also be given for farmers and Ganga Kalyana irrigation scheme.Loans will also be dispersed through cooperative societies and NGOs.

Student gets first place
Kolar, DHNS: M Manjunath from the Panasahchowdanahalli government senior primary school got the first place in the 1500 meter free style swimming competition in the State level Government employees sports meet held at Dharwad.
He also stood first in the 400 meter freestyle and the 100 meter breast stroke events and has therefore been selected for the national level championship.
These victories continue the winning spree that began for form the masters’ Championship where he won numerous silver and gold medals.
