SETHU SAMUDRAM
'Implementing the project hurts Hindus' sentiments'
Kunigal, DHNS:

The implementation of Ramasethu Samudram project effects the sentiments of crores of Hindus in our country, said Rameshwaram Ramasethu Rakshana Vedike district co-ordinator Bhairanna here.

He was addressing the public at the Ramasethu Shilayatra procession organised in front of the Town Municipal Council. The British themselves had refused to implement the project thinking that it would effect the sentiments of Hindus, he stated.

The programme was presided over by teacher Ramadas. Leaders K K Ramesh, Ramalingaiah, Narasimhaiah, K M Thimmappa, Sa Venkatesh and others were present.
