All those who are participating in the literary meet can avail of OOD (on official duty) leave, as declared by the deputy commissioner, informed Secretary of the literary meet committee B H Ramakumari.
The meet will be held at Dr Gubbi Veeranna Kala Kshethra at 10 am. A competition has also been organised for college students by the Committee, based on the papers submitted at the meet. Ten best writings will be presented with an award at the programme. And these awards will be presented at the main function of the Zilla Utsav. Students are requested to take part in large numbers , Ms Ramakumari has appealed.
