“Vasavi Vidyaniketan school has been awarded Jnandeepti award for the current year in Kannada Prathiba exam”, said school’s secretary M N Krishnamurty.
Speaking at a press conference here he said that Head master M Basavaraj and teacher Shailaja have been conferred ‘Kannada Kanmani’ award for their excellent organisation of the Kannada Nadu-Nudi programme.
He said that M B Chethan a 10 standard student from the school had won first prize in the Chetana Vigyana exam at state-level. At the district-level K Chaitra of 6 standard, K S Charan of 3 standard and K M Ramyasri of UKG have won the first prize. At taluk level T E Revant Kumar has won the first prize.
