State Women Writers’ Association president K R Sandhya Reddy has said that if the cultural side survives and grows then such a nation and state will see development.
She was speaking after inaugurating Sri T V Venkataswamy Educational Instiution’s 2007-08 year academic year and said caught in the TV medium and the modern technological developments our state’s literature, art and culture have all suffered and one should see that they some how are preserved.
There is powerful and special spiritual strenght in the country’s culture which sees unity in diversity. The Indian culture is an all encompassing peaceful community and poets have sang peans on this, she added.
Madhugiri Educaitonal Institution secretary R C Vijaykumar Jain said, the insitution had completed 25 years and was on the verge of celebrating silver jubilee.
Due to the cooperation of the teaching faculty, every year the school was getting excellent results and in the future also this should continue, he added.
