Wipro sets up centre for NEC
Bangalore, DHNS:

Wipro Technologies, announced it has been picked by NEC to provide semiconductor design services.

It has set up a development centre at its facility in Electronics City to provide front-end and back-end design services and IP to NEC Electronics for application specific integrated circuits and microcontrollers in the digital consumer and automotive space.  The centre  has a team of 25 personnel.
