Life without a shelter or a place of dwelling would be unimaginable as our place of dwelling forms a vital part of our life. It is not just a structure with shingles, bricks and cement, but contributes immensely to our development and is of great significance.
Our home is nothing but a miniature of the entire universe. In other words, the effect of macrocosm on microcosm is what one needs to understand, to identify the cause and effects of a building and its effects on the occupants.
Magnetosphere
The earth is an enormous bar magnet surrounded by the magnetic field known as the magnetosphere. The magnetic field begins at the earth’s core and extends far into space. The moon has a magnetic field, as does the sun, both of which play off the earth’s magnetic field, creating the push and pull needed to generate tides, storms, earth’s rotation and other natural phenomena.
The energy flow in a plot or within a building determines the quality of the space and its bearing on the occupants. This technique of locating the earth’s energy flow and countering it, is known as ’Geo Mancing’ or ‘Bio-Energetics’. It could be a home or office. The improper flow of energy is said to influence the thought process, quality of life and work of the individuals.
However, working with earth energies can also be a part of everyday auspicious sitting, town planning to domestic arrangements. Integrating the right vaastu, Feng Shui and understanding the energy flow or the ‘Geo-Biology’ of the space is the best approach in designing or re-doing a space for harmonious dwelling.
Such energies may be natural global grids known as ‘Hartmann’s grid’ and their crossings, or arise from earth fault lines, mineral deposits, and underground water courses. Trauma to the earth such as excavation, mining, building, even battlefields — can also result in disrupted harmful energy.
If such zones are located directly beneath the area you sleep or work you can experience problems given in box given below.
Natural instincts
Animals and very young children have not lost their instinct to feel if a place is healthy or not. In the morning, one can often see children cramped into one side of their beds, oriented differently from when they were tucked in. It is wise to determine then if the bed is well positioned. Sensitive adults will not sit in a particular spot often without being able to explain why they feel uncomfortable.
A German physicist, Ernst Lecher, discovered the principle of the resonance provoked by a loop of wiring with a sliding shunt and this device was known as the ‘Lecher Antenna’. The Antenna can determine the bad spots known as the ‘Hartmann’s grid’ and also the ‘Ley lines’ in the earth.
Bio energetics
The antenna used for analysing is what is known as ‘Bio Energetic’, the energy of the human body, organs, aura of the person, etc. In countries like France, there are bio-energeticians who use the device to analyse the human body energies and advise remedies even for ailments.
When adapted for Vaastu and Feng Shui corrections, it enables fine tuning of the premises and gives precise scientific information on the energy levels of a plot at various points and its implications.
It can also be used to locate ‘water bodies’ and bad energy spots in a plot, position and orient rooms such that they don’t fall within the ‘Hartmann’s grid’ intersection points. The focus would be to measure what is known as the Telluric field, cosmic field and the global field which correspond to the ‘Niruthya’ (Southwest), ‘Eshanya’ ( North east) and the ‘Bramahsathana’ (Centre) of the plot, indicating clearly the quality of flow and blockages if any, both, within a home or office premises.
To a layman it would appear as a simple dowsing tool but with the various levels of measurements and frequency tuning, the Lecher antenna can do a lot more and can be used to locate even human energy fields and that of equipment and décor in a living space. This is also known as ‘Bio Geometry’.
Aligning our interiors with proper placements is a stepping stone to good Vaastu and Feng Shui and is an accepted practice in many parts of the world.
