Karnataka, TN set up title clash
Karnataka overcame a one goal deficit to edge past Kerala 2-1 and enter the finals of the IA & AD South Zone football tournament at the Bangalore Football Stadium on Thursday.
Adam opened Kerala’s account in the 43rd minute. Karnataka drew level through Manjunath N in the 49th minute before Deena Dayalu netted the all important winner in the 52nd minute.
Riding on a brace each from P Muthu and B Raghupathi, Tamil Nadu blanked Andhra Pradesh 5-0 in the other semifinal.
R Selvakumar scored the other goal for the winning side.
