In a order issued by Sebi Whole Time Member V K Chopra on February 14, Sebi has restrained the aforementioned company and their directors — Mr Vasant C Shah, Mr Chanderkant Mehta, Mr Kamlesh Shah and Mr Jatin Shah (Authorized Signatory of OMML) from buying, selling or dealing in securities for a period of two years.

The order, which comes into immediate effect, also restrains twenty six (26) allottees from accessing securities market for a period of one year.  They are: Mr Amit Bhavsar, Mr Anil Modi, Ms Anitaben Shah, Mr Asif Chhipa, Mr Ashwin C Shah, Mr Bankesh Bhavsar, Mr Falgun Shah, Mr Harshad C Shah, Mr Hemant J Upadhyay, Mr Himanshu J Shah, Mr Hitesh P Shah, Ms Jyotsenaben M Shah, Ms Malti B Shah, Ms Mona Falgun Shah, Nageshbhai R Shah, Ms Parulben N Shah, Mr Rohitbahi R Shah, Mr Saurabh S Pandya, Ms Sonali P Shah, Ms Varshaben J Shah, Mr Vijay H Shah, Mr Vipin Bhardwaj, Mr Vipul J Bhavsar, Mr Vrajesh R Patel, Ms Yogini V Patel and Ms Zaheda A Chhipa.

In another order, Sebi Whole Time Member V K Chopra, has passed an order dated February 13, 2008 against E-star Infotech, Mr Mahesh Thanvi, Mr Aga Rasool Mirrkhushal, Mr B R Sharma, Mr Vijay B Sheth, Mr M M Thitte and Mr Arvind Thanvi, directing them to restrain from buying, selling and dealing or accessing the securities market in any manner for a period of two years.
