No doubt it has youth and talent but what they lack is consistency in batting. After all, the Australians were bundled out for 203 runs; yet we could not teach the target. The main reason was the rash and irresponsible batting of a few batsmen who failed to realise it was necessary to play out 50 overs and the target was easily reachable. All is not lost as yet. The Indian team members should put their heads together and fight it out with determination when our bowlers are doing a fine job of dismissing the opposition cheaply.
