Rainfall occurred at isolated places over South Interior Karnataka. Dry weather prevailed over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka. Shikaripur (Shimoga dt.) recorded 4 cm of rainfall. Minimum temperatures appreciably fell at a few places over Interior Karnataka and fell at a few places Coastal Karnataka. They were appreciably below normal at a few places over North Interior Karnataka; and were normal over Coastal Karnataka & South Interior Karnataka. Chintamani recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 14.8 Celsius over the State. .
