I am 20 years old. Barely two days after shampooing, I suffer from severe itching. My friends advised me to shave off my hair and when I did, large piles of white skin came off along with the hair. It has been a week since I shaved and I can see many little pimples on my scalp. The itch has not stopped. Please help me.

The pimple like formations on your head may be due to scalp infections which may be bacterial infection or some allergy or stress or inappropriate use of hair cosmetics and in all these cases there will be itching and pain. So please contact a dermatologist, so that the lesions can be visualised, analysed and treated appropriately depending on the diagnosis.

I'm a 35 years old. I have a frown line (deeper line) near my forehead and my nose. If I undergo radio frequency, is it ok?

For your problem, please consult a cosmetologist so that the depth and other details of the frown line can be visualised, analysed and accordingly managed. The cost and sittings of the radio frequency, etc can be estimated based on the features of the frown line.

I'm a 21-year-old girl. I have a very bad tan on my both hands. Because of this, I'm unable to wear sleeveless clothes, as I feel it looks very awkward. Please could you suggest me home remedies.

The only way to prevent yourself from tanning is to stay out of the sun, or make sure you are sufficiently covered. Use a good quality sunscreen when going out in the sun to protect the skin from tanning as well as the sun's UV rays. All sunburn aids - vinegar, milk, potato juice, cucumber juice are good for removing tan. Apply on the affected area; keep for 10-15 minutes and wash. There may be a drying effect on the skin; so, if you have a dry skin, make sure you use a moisturiser after this treatment. Best home remedy for sun tanned skin is potato juice.
Apply raw potato juice on your tanned skin to get a fast relief. Although there are no particular foods that will lighten your skin instantly, a balanced diet definitely helps by giving your skin a healthy glow.
