Judicial custody extended
DH News Service, Honnali/Hubli:

JMFC Judge B L Jinarlakar on Thursday extended the judicial custody of terror suspects Riyazuddin Nasir and Asadulla till March 13.

A Corps of Detectives (CoD) team led by DySP V M Jyothi, Circle Inspector P K Patil and Sub-Inspector Satenahalli produced the duo before the Honnali JMFC.

The suspected terrorists were later taken back to the Bellary jail, but only after an hour of interrogation.
It could be recalled that Nasir and Asadulla were arrested near Kadadakatte village of Honnali taluk on January 11.

Meanwhile, the Hubli JMFC court on Thursday allowed the advocate of another terror suspect Mohammed Asif to meet him (Asif).

Asif’s advocate Ismil D Jalgar had filed an application before JMFC Judge Srinivas seeking an audience with his client Asif.

Considering his application, Mr Srinivas stated that Mr Jalgar could see his client when he (Asif) would be produced before this court after his narco-analysis in Bangalore was over.

It may be mentioned here that Asif has been given in CoD custody till March 6.

This attitude of the police and the judiciary is against the tradition of India and it is inhuman.May GOD the almighty bring his severe punishment on the police officers ,the judfge and all those who are behind this conspiracy.GOD will defenitely be kind to the oppressed and then oppressor will be punished by some means either through thier kith and kin or on themselves but there will be an action from the GOD on these conspirators.Let the Rajbhavan issue the order to release these innocnets.
