Sir, It is high time that all sorts of rallies, processions and demonstrations which seriously disrupt the already jammed traffic in Bangalore city roads should be banned. Also, at the same time, traffic control and diversions in view of VIP visits also should be avoided. These things, have of late, become big public nuisance and create lot of problems in the form of delay and loss of productive man-hours and inflict undue hardships to city people who are already struggling to

reach their destination and attend to urgent emergency works. There is no justification for politicians and other vested interests in detaining common man in roads for their selfish political ends.
