Narayana Hrudayalaya has become the eighth hospital in the country to be accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH)  under the Quality Council of India for adhering to quality health care norms comparable to international standards. Governor Rameshwar Thakur handed over the certification to Chairman of the Hrudayalaya, Dr Devi Shetty on Tuesday.

The Secretary General of QCI, Girdhar Gyani said that the accreditation process was an elaborate one which is keeping with the international benchmark.
