He was speaking at a training programme organised jointly by Zilla Panchayat, taluk panchayat and Heart centre , an NGO at Konappalli regarding ‘awareness in the mass communication’ as part of complete cleanliness drive recently.
Scheme implemented
“Women self-help groups members should launch awareness drive”, he said. Already in 18 villages complete cleanliness movement has been started, noted.
Reddy while announcing that those villages will get Rs 5 lakh if every house in the village had a toilet constructed. The scheme will be implemented in a later stage at Chinnasandra and Murughamalla villages , he added.
APMC president Venkatashiva Reddy, village leader Ashok also spoke. Zilla Panchayat member Srinivas Reddy, Shafiqueddin, TAPCMS president Raveendra Gowda, Shailaja of Heart centre and others were also present.
