The largest gathering of military medical personnel in the country, held at the Armed Forces Medical College, here on Monday.

The 56th Annual Armed Forces Medical Conference also included the 46th Armed Forces Medical Research Committee (AFMRC).

The AFMRC is the only conference where all specialities in medical science come together on a single platform to discuss professional issues. A highlight of day’s proceedings was a guest lecture by Dr D T Mourya of Microbial Containment Complex of ICMR on “Bioterrorism — An overview”.
