Munirabad Irrigation Department Assistant Executive Engineer K A Adoni lodged a complaint against a television channel and an English newspaper on Tuesday for filing a report that he was arrested in connection with his terror links.

Koppal SP Praveen Kumar Madhukar said they were investigating into the complaint. Action would be taken against them as per law, he said adding that there were no reports about terrorist groups being active in the district.  Adoni said the report appeared in the media is baseless.
