Panel to seek dismissal of suit  
The Justice H B Datar Committee, which is looking into a case pertaining to border dispute between Maharastra and Karnataka, has prepared a 181-page comprehensive report to be filed before the Supreme court, contesting the neighbouring States claim over border areas of the State.
