The City-based Saanidhya Residential School for special children will hold an exhibition-cum-sale of handicrafts at Kadri Park here on February 9 and 10.

The fair, being sponsored by State Bank of India, aims at bringing special children to the main stream, informed Ganesha Seva Trust President Mahabala Marla at a press meet here on Thursday.

Deputy Commissioner M Maheshwar Rao will inaugurate the expo at 5 pm on February 9. SBI Mangalore region AGM S Dheerendra will preside. HPCL senior official V Venu Madhava, Bangalore, MRG Group Chairman Prakash Shetty and Horticulture Department Joint Director Dr C G Nagaraj will be the chief guests.

Mr Marla said a website on Saanidhya brought out by SBI would be launched on the occasion.

SBI DGM C M Tallur, Ganesh Seva Trust Vice-President M B Devadatta Rao and Secretary Vasanthkumar Shetty and others  were present.
