‘Correct HRMS system’
The taluk government employees have accused that due to the irregular distribution of their salaries through the HRMS system, they are forced to visit the internet centre quite often.
The HRMS servers are not functioning and hence one has to wait for hours to get the salary details.
However, even after such long hours of waiting one is not assured of getting the details, informed the employees at a press conference.
‘We have to frequent the internet centre several times in a month and most of the times even after 20 days the HRMS servers are unable to provide the details.
This has affected the lives of the middle class employees,’ expressed the employees.
The government should initiate immediate action and see to it that the HRMS server functions regularly. Thus, putting an end to the problems faced by the government employees, they urged.
