Senior IAS officer Dilip Rau, on Thursday, has assumed charge as chairman of the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA).
BDA Commissioner M K Shankaralinge Gowda had been holding the charge of BDA chairman, since Mr Ramesh Kumar retired.
Mr Dilip Rau will continue to hold the additional charge of administrator of Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP).
