Karnataka Janapada and Yakshagana Academy in association with Siddaganga Mutt has organised Janapada Kala Mela on January 15 at 7 pm. Informing this to the media member of Karnataka Janapada and Yakshagana Academy Dr Chikkanna Yannekatte said 200 young artists will perform various arts including Karaga dance, Veeragase, Mukhaveni, Shahanai and Kolu Mela.
The programme will be held in the holy presence of Dr Sri Shivakumar Swamiji. Tumkur University VC Dr O Anantharamaiah will inaugurate the Kala Mela. President of Karnataka Janapada and Yakshagana Academy Keremane Shambhu will preside over the function.
