Members of  Congress youth leader P N Krishnamurthy’s friends association have condemned JD(S) for its remarks that the youths who joined Congress recently on the occasion of Krishnamurthy’s birthday were  always been Congress men. “It is an immature statement,” said members.

Last week a large number of youths joined Congress on the birth day of youth leader Congress Krishnaurthy. A health camp and Congress conference was held on this occasion.

While Congress celebrated this as a huge success, some JD(S) members alleged that those who joined Congress on that day were always been  from Congress, and hence the entire programme was nothing but a show-off.
However, Krishnamurthy’s friends maintain that a large number of youths who did not belong to Congress earlier joined Congress influenced by Krishnamurthy’s leadership.

Immaturity
“JD(S) must have thought before issuing such statements. This shows their immaturity and petty politics,” said members.
