Pakistan EC delays decision on poll date
''We have decided to consult the political parties on holding polls on January 8 in light of the damages to the election machinery caused by the recent riots,'' Secretary of Election Commission Kanwar Muhammad Dilshad told reporters here. The final date of the polls will be formally announced tomorrow, it is learnt.

The Agreement was enforced on January 27, 1991 where both the countries are to inform each other of Nuclear Installations and Facilities. The first such exchange of lists took place on January 1, 1992.

Zaheer, a vital cog in India's bowling attack, suffered a muscle pull during the net session forcing the team management to wait till tomorrow to take a decision on his inclusion. The think tank has decided to persist with Dravid as an opener by leaving out Virender Sehwag from the playing eleven.
