Bangalore Hi-Fliers coach Ashish Ballal was understandably delighted with the performance of his team and he credited the youngsters for the win.
"It was a great show. We knew we would win and really wanted to win. We not only won but the victory was rather easy," Ballal said. "The boys were all focused on the job and there was total commitment from the team.
"I am happy about the fact that we did not concede any early goals. We had some of our key players injured but the youngsters were up to the task. That is how we were able to pull it off," he added.  "The three foreign players have done well for us."
Skipper Tushar Khandekar said: "We really had to watch out for the slap shots as Dynamos were getting a lot of field goals from slap shot deflections.  "I think the whole team played well and we emerged victors."
