The Railways have decided not to cancel the Group-D examination, come what may. Though the Railways postponed the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) following advice from Karnataka Home Department in the wake of protests by pro-Kannada organisations along with some regional and national political parties, it has decided not to cancel it.
Postponing PET hasn’t impressed Karnataka akshana Vedike. The Vedike members once again went on strike here on Friday.
