According to the members, Prof R Harish, principal of BMS Law College who was recently appointed as Syndicate member currently held five posts. He is an academic council member, syndicate member, exam custodian, chairperson for board of studies and board of examiner for the five year Law course. Themembers said there are principals who have more experience than Prof R Harish. There are 28 law colleges affiliated to the university. They have questioned why these principals were not taken into consideration.
