The revenue dept should have issued the order in general than specifically mentioning the locations where its order should be applied. Under the shade of SC order the forest dept and the revenue department have misused their powers. SC did not say in its order that the concerned dept should trespass the citizens' rights by entering  their properties without issuing notice as required by the law of the land. Even if the citizen has encroached the Govt land, he is in possession, and so notice to the respective citizen should be served by the Dept. In Bannerghatta area, the DFO has violated the law of the land and entered in to the privacy of  respected citizens by trespassing the legally owned land of the citizens. The officer should be kept under suspension until all the cases in the courts are settled.
