The new chapter of Junior Chamber International, Puttur, JCI Mangalore-Central, will be inaugurated at Lions Seva Mandir, Mallikatta, on January 16, informed Mangalore-Central chapter President Yashodhar P Karkera.
Speaking at a press meet here on Monday, he said Alva’s Education Foundation Chairman Dr M Mohan Alva will inaugurate the function while CARDTS (Bangalore) President Bhagavandas M will be the chief guest. Zone XV President Muralishyam will administer the oath while Region C Vice-President Shashikiran Rai will be the guest of honour. Advocate Raghavendra Rao has been elected as the secretary and advocate Anita Kini as treasurer.
