'Develop creative thinking'

Creative thinking helps man to achieve anything in life, opined Nirmalanandanatha Seer of Adichunchanagiri branch Mutt here.

He was speaking after inaugurating the second annual divisional-level sports meet for school and college students. Sports help in maintaining a good mental health, he added.

Education expert Professor N Shivarama Reddy said that involving oneself in sports help students avoid being a slave to bad habits and thereby destroying their physical and mental health also, he said.

Professor Sheshanna, Vasishta award winner said that, persistent  study and keeping a goal helps to achieve anything.

Principal of SJC College Dr T Munikenche Gowda also spoke. Members of administrative board C Hanume Gowda, Dr G R Gopal Reddy, Registrar Umesh, BGS English School head master Ramachandra and others were presentn the occasion, sources said.
