YOUTH MEETING
'Lead Congress to victory'
Srinivaspur, DHNS:
"Youth have a major role to play in the Congress party, by responding to the needs of the people, youth should lead the party to victory", suggested former Legislative Assembly Speaker Ramesh.


He was speaking at the Youth Congress workers taluk-level meeting which was organised recently in the city.

“Congress is like an ocean and it can accommodate anybody, thus awareness should be created about the party among the new entrants and should be involved in the party building activities”, he added.

“An incentive of Rs 5000 will be given towards the construction of the Congress office to the gram panchayats which have maximum number of Congress workers in the taluk”, said Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee member L Gopalkrishna. Lawyer K Shivappa, leaders Munivenkatappa, Dimbaal Ashok, Ronooru Chandrashekhar and others  spoke on the occasion.

Congress taluk leaders N Sriram Reddy, K S Reddappa, Gopal, Narasimha Reddy, Nagaraj, Manjunath Reddy, N Timmaiah and others were present on the occasion.
