Teacher bangs students head on wall
Jalandhar, pti:

A high school student here was mercilessly beaten by his teacher, who banged the boy’s head on the wall for switching on a fan in the classroom, his parents have alleged.

Sagar Chabra (15), a class IX student of Greatway Co-Education High School sustained injuries on his arms, forehead and back and was admitted to Civil Hospital here for treatment after being beaten yesterday by Vipin Bahal, police said. Bahal was later booked on the complaint of Sagar’s parents. Sagar’s mother, Vandana, alleged Bahal beat up her son after he accidentally switched on the ceiling fan. An irked Bahal caught hold of Sagar and banged his head on the wall besides canning him, she said.
