The protestors submitted a memorandum to the Tahsildar. Association Secretary Nagaraj said the rules has been implemented to control the accidents. But the private vehicles have not been asked to install speed governors.

“We spend most of our earnings to repair the vehicles which gets damaged owing to the bad road. The spareparts are also costly. Speed governor company and pluralists have given wrong information to the Court.

Speed governors will be additional burden on the vehicle owners.”
