Mangala Magic Circle (MMC) Mangalore will organise ‘Kankat-08,’ Karnataka level magicians meet on January 27 at ‘Gorakshanath Hall’ near Kadri Park Mangalore.

Addressing a news conference on Wednesday MMC President Swarna Sunder said that the convention will strive to bring together some of the best magicians of the State and accordingly famous magicians such as Prahlad Acharya from Udupi, Pradeep Suri from Mangalore and Vako from Kasargod will present papers on magic.

Uday Jadugar, Mysore Nagesh, K S Ramesh A K Datta will be the guests at the programme.  Magic equipment too will be on display and sale by Uday’s Magic World Bangalore, Maya Ranjini Kerala, Pangala Shenoy Udupi, Mysore Nagesh, Mysore, Magic Johnson Coimbatore, Lolaksha Magic Kinnigoli and Jadugar Avinash New Mumbai.

On the same day at 6.30 pm, a free magic show will be organised at Kadri Park, in which Kundapur Sathish Hemmady will leave the audience spell bound by his ‘Milk Can Escape’ show. Special magic shows by Kudroli Ganesh, Udupi Prahlad Acharya, Youngest magician Shrivatsa Bellari, Indushree from Bangalore will also be staged here.
