The State Bank of India branches in Mangalore had jointly organised an NRI meet at the Boat club, adjacent to Sultan Battery recently. According to a press release, as many as 200 families of NRIs participated in the meet. The programme included fun games, entertainment and audio visual presentations.
The investment schemes for NRIs in insurance and mutual funds were also elucidated. A special feature of the programme was the participation of special children of Sanidhya, who played music to entertain the guests. AGM of SBI Regional Business Office S Dheerendra, General Manager (Bangalore) Partha Bhattacharya and others were present.
