The historical temple fair of Sri Gurugunda Brahmeshwara Swami temple will be held from January 22 to February 2, said Sri Nanjavadhoota Swamiji of Sri Kshetra Pattanayakanahali in a release.
Agricultural and Industrial exhibition will also be held as part of the fair along with Muttina Pallaki, he added.
On January 22, Ganga Pooja, 23rd Vijneshwraa Utasava, on 24th Hoovina Teru, 25th Kailasotsava, on 26th Nandeeshwara Utsava, on 27th agricultural and Industrial exhibition will be held for the benefit of farmers by various departments. Various dignitaries are expected to attend the function for the exhibition.
On 27th at 10 pm, Mudi Teru will beheld. On 28th, Sri Omkareshwara swami, Parvathi Kalyanotsava, Rathanga Homa, and at 11 pm, Sri Omkareshwara Swami Kallugali Rathotsava will be held, he stated.
From January 24 till February 3 various workshops for the benefit of farmers will be held. Also various cultural programmes will be held.
For the cattle fair, suitable facilities for cattle such as water, lighting system and other facilities will be provided.
He has requested the public to participate in large number.
