Kavveri Telecom Products, on Thursday, said that it has acquired Spotwave wireless Inc, USA and Canada for $7 million.

    “The new acquisition will entitle Kavveri to the intellectual property, patents,  products and product designs including customer orders and contracts of the Spotwave, ” Kavveri Telecom Products’ MD Shivakumar Reddy said here.

With this acquisition the company is also introducing an intelligent adaptive repeater for the Indian market.

“The repeater is an in-building solution that can be used for coverage enhancement. We can offer  uninterrupted coverage indoors for the wireless devices at affordable price,” Mr Reddy said.
