Riding triple proved costly for youths. A 20-year-old died on the spot, while his friends sustained severe injuries after a truck rammed into their vehicle on Beneganahalli Bridge on Wednesday night. Karthik, the deceased and his friends are residents of Lingarajpuram. Police said the accident took place around 10:45 pm.

In another incident, Bheemaiah (20) died on the spot after an unknown four wheeler rammed into him, while he was crossing Mahadevpura Main Road in K R Puram traffic police station limits.
