Sania Mirza will aim to better her last year’s show when she takes part in the WTA Pattaya Open from February 4 to 10.

Sania would be one of the star attractions at the Tier IV event, which offers a prize money of $170,000, the organisers said.  The 21-year-old, ranked 32 in the world, was seeded fifth last year and she lost to Gisela Dulko in the last-four stage of the event.
