Young Rahul Bakshi captured his second All-India Amateur title in a span of 23 days when he overwhelmed his senior counterpart Abhishek Kha 8 & 7 in the 107th All India Open Amateur Golf Championship at the Chandigarh Golf Club here today.

He had captured the Sunfeast All-India Junior/ Sub-Junior Championship last month. Thus the 17-year-old became the youngest champion in one of the oldest National opens.

There was something unusual about both the opponents as they teed off in the final round. Both produced one occasional sign of brilliance which was abundant in their earlier rounds.
