Drinking water problem persisting in Bhavanahalli from three months, no bore wells, absence of SC/ST
corporation officers to the meeting since two years, demand for auction of vacant shops, - these matters were the main highlights of taluk panchayat meet.
Taluk panchayat members posed the questions against the officers and their way of functioning at the all members meeting held under the leadership of Taluk Panchayat President B R Sreenivas.

Speaking on the occasion Taluk Panchayat President B R Sreenivas proposed the plan of building commercial complex beside taluk panchayat guest house. All members gave their consent to the proposal in the meeting. The members urged the authorities concerned to take the rent from the current commercial complex and organise auction of the vacant shops. It was decided to shift Social Welfare Department that is currently functioning in a rented room, to the old building of taluk panchayat.
